Tin Lamp Shades I Have A Light Fixture Cover That Isn't Fitting The Way I Would Like It To. Would Tin Foil Be A Fire Hazard?

I have a light fixture cover that isn't fitting the way I would like it to. Would tin foil be a fire hazard? - tin lamp shades

I know I could use aluminum foil (to keep the shade in place should be higher) I know that aluminum can withstand relatively high temperatures because it can put into the oven, but I 'm not sure it would be dangerous Using the leaf instead of trying to find a washing machine or other piece of metal for the job. It is difficult to find this information online, in particular, so hopefully you are aware of. I do not see why it would be dangerous, but I just need to check. I am very paranoid about fire.

Mmm, I'd say that with the use of cover glass, that he comes from. The lighting is warm enough (should)) for UL big a light bulb (light can be placed in them. Put a little shade in other cases, the list would resolve (the UL safety tests conducted cancel), and no guarantee that you will not fire. Perhaps then fine, but no way has to know.
